The development comprises of the refurbishment of Auchinleck House, a 1960’s office block which is to be re-developed into a luxury hotel.

Halligan Consulting Engineers have assisted in the analysis of M&E services requirements with the client, production of performance specifications, tender drawings and tender reviews. They will review sub-contractor designs to ensure compliance with the employer’s requirement documents, carry out site inspections and witness testing and commissioning prior to handover.

The mechanical services comprise of gas fired central boiler plant serving radiators to staff and back of house areas, VRF heating and cooling to all bedrooms and communal areas along with supply and extract ventilation, above ground drainage and hot & cold water services.

Smoke extract, AOV’s and Dry Risers were provided to the firefighting cores.
